last night i slept quite early, like about 10.there's nothing much to blog about yesterday, it's just like any other tuedays.
today was the same also.
morning white space iris, shengyao, jingying and i had to go to some room to do some kind of class value evaluation.
haha we took quite a long time doing it.
okok enough of the crap, i'll go to the main point (:
today's training was okay.
they had oral in the hall again so we did warm up in the canteen.
after that we had to run 1 round around the school.
for the higher chinese pupils, we had to run 2 instead.
joey and i ran together and we both had stitches.
haha then we bumped into faith, catherine and chantalle on the way and they pei us run (:
went back and had to do the five stations thing again.
this time the numbers increase and we had to do the jumping thing twice the height.
haha then after that partners to help each other massage.
lol had a break then the hall was ready so we could go up and use it already.
like normal lor, pao qiu then setting was seniors.
haha i partner faith then today the seniors have to always spike to us then we jie then spike again.

after that we practiced to tui hou and jie the ball to setter.
and then did spiking.
aye sian i cant jump properly again.
and i really need to improve on my spiking.

haha then training ended cos the japan and singapore team needed to use our hall for match.
wah the japanese guys super nice.
as in they all very got li mao.
haha but dun have jap shuai ge leh.
ehh but got one quite not bad, i think no.10, quite tan one.
haha then! the singapore team from temasek poly came!
hahaha got one, NO.5, DAMN BLOODY SHUAI man!
LOL then i like went crazy (as usual) then the michele say she dun wann stand beside me cos i very noisy and irritating.
haha i keep on saying no.5 very hot, very shuai then when he spike damn zai i will lean on her shoulder. LOL.
and no.4 also not bad.
his side view the serious face wah damn cool siol.
haha oh yea kim and joey tell me bout the melvin or something, they say he super shuai, super hot.
wah i cant wait to see him leh, but he nver come. sian. haha
oh yea i tell you they all really very VERY qiang.
their spiking all super cool.
anyw, i watched like half of the match only.
had to leave at 7.30 (first i say 7, then 7.15, then 7.30 lol).
walked to mrt with joey, michele and steph then trained home with steph.
came home, bathed and ate dinner.
i'm still quite hungry now.
but most importantly, I'M SLEEPY.
