training day

woke up at ten this morning.really dint wanna wake up, though.
washed my face then watched tv.
keep on changing between channels.
talked to joey on the phone for awhile.
bathed and got ready at 11.30am.
i ate porridge for breakfast.
actually i had two choices: mac's hotcakes or porridge.
i chose the healthier choice (LOL).
trained down to yck then meet joey at the mrt.
walked to school then got ready for training.
today i pulled the pole and screwed it tight and hooked the net and screwed it a few times.
haha tht's the most i did for all trainings.
we dint really do the warm up properly today.
did jiao bu then do the 3-3-3 thing.
today's training was quite tiring but i'm quite happy tht i have improved a little.
haha we did setting and da fang.
i like the da fang now, idk why, but i like to jump-spike.
heh i dun really spike very well though.
partner joey, i felt bad a little for like indirectly 'scolding' her but i couldnt help it. (sorry..)
we did gun di also.
huimin and joey in my group.
later we did the spiking thing then our hands were like numb and swollen.
wah pain, the blood all go to the hand and fingers.
then we played SURVIVOR.
finally, we could play!
same, huimin joey and i were one group.
we took turns to be setter.
i like being setter leh, but i anything also can one lah.
later the seniors joined in also.
sarah came into our group.
she was very angry and annoyed with us ):

shit when it comes to these kinds of stuff i very gan jyong one.
haha anyw we did weights then finish liao i went to shower.
went with joey to market and saw meryl and lejie.
pei them eat.
meryl was just playing with her phone, joey eating ice kachang, lejie eating noodles and i drink bubbl tea.
trained down to tiong to meet mummy and had dinner there.
haha i saw CRYSTAL at the food junction there.
haha she so cute.
her grandma and grandpa also very cute.
lol later went home then bathed then watched tv.
later i just went on com lor.
i'm feeling quite sleepy now, gtg sleep.
